Picnik is a great way to edit photos if you don't own photoshop. You can do it for free, but for some certain things you have to pay. Obviously I didn't take this picture, but I edited it! (It is a sample picture from our computer.)

irving!
Once upon a time there was a little monster named Irving. He had extraordinarily large feet, which meant he was always tripping over them. But he's really very nice and super friendly!!
Irving, Marguerite, and Molly
P. S. He loves to read, as you can see!

Daphne and Delilah the Second
Once upon a time there were two monsters- one named Marguerite and the other named Molly (Molly's the little one) and they went shopping.
Sunglasses shopping: (Marguerite particularly loves sunglasses shopping)
How about these?
Ooh... very retro.
(She purchased these, don't ask me why... i think they're cute though!)
now off to the salon...
blonde poof? no thanks.
red pompadour? not this time...
long purple waves? maybe this summer.
orange beehive? perfect. :D
"mommy? can we go now? I'm bored." said Molly.
So off they went to the bakery and ate cupcakes.
The End...

Better Homes & Gardens - Cookbooks!
Yesterday, Chloe and I went to a thrift store, hoping to find some vintage clothing, but instead we found Better Homes & Gardens cookbooks from the 60's! The birthday one was our mom's, but the other two we bought for only a dollar!!! Yipee!

Little Flowers
Supplies:
Size B (2.25mm) crochet hook
Two colors of fingering weight yarn (A and B)
The Pattern:
Begin with a magic ring with color A (if you don’t know how to do this, here’s a great tutorial from Planet June).
Work 6 sc into the ring and pull it closed. Sl st into the 1st stitch to close.
Join color B. Chain 2, dc, hdc, sl st all into one stitch.
Repeat with remaining stitches, then sl st into the base of the first color to fasten off. Break yarn, weave in ends.
You're done! Yayyy! :D
P.S.
You can also make these cute little flowers with a larger hook and heavier weight yarn to make bigger flowers!
Also, you could vary the amount of stitches into the beginning ring to create fewer (or more) petals.
